Deposits are processed through supported Philippine payment channels, which include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on php38.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed through the same Philippine payment channels used for deposits where possible.

• The identity information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or an authorised third party.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, php38 will endeavour to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe. If the suspension is lifted, account access and eligible balances will be restored. If the suspension results in permanent closure due to a verified breach, any bonus-derived funds will be forfeited. Balances from genuine deposits may be returned at php38's discretion after investigation, minus any applicable deductions.
